Returns

Return Process

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Cancellation Policy
